Yemen signs Arab multi model transport agreement ...

CAIRO, Feb. 24 (Saba)- Yemen signed on Wednesday at headquarters of Arab League in Cairo an agreement of joining Arab multi model transport agreement for goods between Arab countries.
The agreement was signed by the Minister of Transport Ibrhaim al-Wazir on the sideline of extraordinary meeting for the Arab Ministers of Transport which was being held in Cairo.
Tunisia and Palestine signed the agreement on Wednesday as well.
Last week, the cabinet approved to sign the agreement based on amendments on decision No.168/2008 related to the agreement, asking the minister of transport to sign it.
Al-Wazir stated to Saba that the agreement aims at finding unified system for transporting good between the Arab countries which contribute to enhance trade movement between Arab states.
On the other hand, the Arab Transport Ministers Council approved suggestions over design of Arab land road.
