Member of the Foreign Relations Committee in the Senate pays tribute to Iraq's accession to the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative

Praised a member of the Foreign Relations Committee in the U.S. Senate, Senator Benjamin Cardin Iraq's accession to the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative.
