2010-02-11Presidency of the Republic to ratify the financial budget for 2010
Council approved the Presidency of the Republic in its meeting held today on the General Budget Law for the Federal Republic of Iraq for the fiscal year 2010.
A statement issued by the Presidency Council's endorsement of that came "Based on what passed by the Parliament in accordance with the provisions of item (I) of Article (61) and the provisions of paragraph (a) of item (V) of Article (138) of the Constitution, the Presidency Council decided in its meeting held today the ratification of the financial budget.
The fiscal budget has seen many Tjmabat led to the delay in the approval of the House of Representatives, with members of a coalition called the rule of law of the Presidency to reverse the paragraph concerning the cancellation of appointments to the formation of the Federal Civil Service Council also decided in the House of Representatives vote on the budget last month.
