BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: U.S. President Barack Obama said his country is “responsibly ending the war in Iraq,” stressing that a complete troop pull-out will take place by the end of August 2010.
“we will partner with the Iraqi people on behalf of their long-term security and prosperity,” Obama said in his remarks to the U.S.-Islamic World Forum on Saturday, according to the web site of the U.S. embassy in Baghdad
