And instructed the minister to provide an extensive study of the fund and the formation of an ad hoc committee to study it from the professionals and the Ministry of Finance, banks and businessmen as well as to support the next phase will see the "clear" the work of the private sector through the activation of the dry port of Ahalchip and support private sector banks where each bank will give my family capital (100) billion dinars, the opportunity to open up government funds to (4) million dollars for each adoption, which will constitute a quantum leap in the performance of private banks.
He was also instructed to self-financing services to open accounts in private banks in order to provide a great opportunity for the private sector to take its investment in Iraq and to instruct the insurance industry and Iraq to provide all facilities for business people to actively participate in the process of construction and reconstruction.
Noting "that the Ministry of Finance completed the preparation of the customs tariff law and is currently" in the House of Representatives for approval, which will support a "significant" for the industry, agriculture and trade in Iraq.
