"The basic task of the Government that it adopt, develop and provide service and welfare of the people and all this depends on understanding the functions of security officers who provide the basic ground for the building construction and investor participation in the tasks of building and reconstruction."


He added that internal forces will soon take over the security file in the entire city, county, calling for " Accelerated training and capacity-building and to prepare for this mission.

"The Prime Minister invited the organizations of the State, especially the parliament to speed up the ratification of the financial budget for the current year to finish building the security services and armed.

Maliki was speaking at the headquarters of the Baghdad Police College, where she organized the Interior Ministry troops at a military parade on the occasion. of For his part, Interior Minister Jawad al-Bolani, in a speech during the celebration: that his ministry will continue to fight sectarianism and bribery and corruption and maintain the freedom of rights and ensuring their rights.
