Alaa al-Sadoun: Modify the most important paragraphs of the budget in 2010
BAGHDAD (AP) - The head of the Finance Committee in the House of Representatives Alaa al-Sadoun said the council and after the completion of quorum on Tuesday held a most important modification in the budget in 2010 fiscal, which "the transfer of financial allocation to service matters of federal ministries to the provincial councils," according to the census population of each province.
Showed Saadoun told Iraq that our home service ministries, which included the text of this amendment is "Ministry of Municipalities and Public Works, Health, Education, age and housing."
Sadoun explained that the new budget will be sent tomorrow to the Council of Ministers to amend by them and returned to the House of Representatives for a vote and approval.
Saadoun, as indicated to the Council vote on several other laws are the "law of customs tariffs, the protection of Iraqi product, competition and prevent monopoly, modify the salaries of judges and prosecutors".
