Speaking at the opening ceremony, Prime Minister Sheikh Saad al-Hariri and Gentlemen, representatives of the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Secretary General of the League of Arab States, and Chairman of the International Union of Arab Bankers Dr. Joseph Tarabay.
