BAGHDAD - morning Coming parliamentary delegation participating in the meetings of the 121 session of the Inter-Parliamentary Union and the Iraqi paper included a call of the world to support the country politically and economically, and cooperation in the field of security and prevent external interference.

The Iraqi delegation is headed by Sheikh Hamam Hamoudi, Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee in the House of Representatives in the meetings of the Union from 18 - 21 this month, which will be held in Geneva.

According to parliamentary sources, in an exclusive statement to "Al Sabah", the delegation includes Representatives Salman Jumaili, Jaber Habib Jaber, Tania Talat, President of the Court House, noting that the delegation will present a paper on developments in the Iraqi situation in the country in the political, security, economic and achievements made during the period years.

The world's parliaments, had supported the meeting in Cape Town last year, re-join the Iraqi Council of Representatives to the family of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, as Speaker of Parliament at the time praised the move saying that the House will support democracy and peace always and will do its utmost in order to achieve the objectives of the World .

The sources said the parliamentary delegation will be submitted to heads of Arab parliaments and international latest developments at the level of preparedness for the coming legislative elections, in addition to security improvements and to exchange views on the democratic experiment in Iraq and the need to support and entrusting the country in various fields, noting that:

The delegation will demand all over the world to stand aside from Iraq in its demand for foreign interventions and to enhance security cooperation and the importance of speed to send a UN envoy to Baghdad to investigate the bloody bombings Wednesday.

It is said that the Inter-Parliamentary Union is an international organization established in 1889, with a membership of some 143 parliaments with a view to promote mutual cooperation.
