This week .. a new meeting of the Quartet to heal the rift between Baghdad and Damascus

For his part, Amr Moussa, had been cut off a good distance in the way of a truce between Baghdad and Damascus, expressing his great thanks to the mediation efforts made by Turkey to contain the tension between the two sides.

The Iraqi delegation, which includes eight ministers headed by Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari arrived in Istanbul last Wednesday.
