CAIRO, Sept 3 (KUNA) --
Kuwait Finance Minister Mustafa Al Shimali affirmed on Thursday the decisions by the Economic and Social Committee will ease the implementation of resolutions of the Arab Economic Summit or Economic and Social Committee.
Upon concluding the committee session, the ministers decided to set up a working group of senior officials to hold meetings during the next three months to outline the committee's tasks, including its structures, mechanisms, systems and regulations, Al Shamali said in a press statement.
He said the ministers also decided to hold a special session in December to study the report of the work team and take a decision on developing the work of the committee.
Such development would enable the council from implementing the its decisions or those of the Economic Summit.Al-Shimali headed Kuwait's delegation to the two-day meetings of the 84th session which opened on Wednesday.
